Coaching
Sometimes you need someone in your corner, who will help you overcome the obstacle with useful, authentic-to-you solutions. You may find it beneficial to work with a professional to take you through a process of uncovering, actioning or maintaining a solution. Coaching helps with a specific goal, or help you step into the vision of yourself you have.
Coaching draws on an entirely different set of principles to therapy, but the process of bringing about change is similar, and it can be useful to have coaching with a therapist to draw on the principles of psychology. My coaching approach is based on Psychosynthesis (“soul” psychology) and positive psychology.
Coaching can help with:
Work issues: an external coach can really help focus on issues such as performance, transitions, promotions, stress management, managerial support, managing conflict, and career development;
Personal issues: life transitions, life direction, achieving life goals, and wellness.
I have worked with people in different industries, such as healthcare, arts, technology, financial services and construction. People who have worked with me have achieved promotions, career changes, re-designed their life, or have done something they never thought they would be able to do.
